Who we share it with
- Service providers that host the app and database, send emails, and run the AI features. The text you submit for a market study, survey draft, verdict or deck is sent to AI model providers to produce the result.
- Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, which handles the sale of ProofLab purchases, payments, tax compliance and invoicing.
- Professional advisers (for example legal or accounting), where needed.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal data. Some of these providers may process data outside India. When they do, we rely on their contractual safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep your account data and saved work for as long as you have an account. When you delete your account, or ask us to, we delete or anonymise it within 30 days, except for records we must keep by law (such as purchase records).
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, to get a copy of it, or to withdraw consent where we rely on it. You can also complain to a data protection authority. Email mukundsid@gmail.com and we will reply within one month.
Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. These include encrypted connections, access controls that let each person see only their own work, and limited admin access.
